Mittha pua(gulgula) or mittha chilla(malpua)

Jab bhi bachpan ki yaad aati hai toh Sabse pahle yaad aata hai maa ka pyaar or maa ke haath ka khana. I'm a big food lover from my childhood. Basically I'm from Haryana, and this is a traditional recipe of Haryana. Kafi sare occasions or festivals par isse banaya jata hai. Maa ki banai itni sari dishes meri favourite hai ki sayad hi m woh sab bana kar tag kar paau but m koshish jrur krungi. This is one of my favourite because iss recipe ke saath bachpan ki bhot sari yaade judi hai. Rainy season mein maa se mujhe issi recipe ki dimand hoti tthi. aaj bhi jab maa ke pass rehne jati hu toh barish hote hi maa mere bolne se pahle hi tyarri shuru kar deti hai. Sach hi hai ki maa se battar apne baccho Ko koi nani samajh sakta unke likes, dislike or baccho ka mood. Maa ko sab pta hota hai. Maine iss recipe ki training kai baar li hai maa se lekin waisi perfect aaj bhi nahi bana pati jaisi maa bnati hai. This recipe is dedicated to my lovely mom😘
