Ingredients

10-15minutes
  • 4large plaintains peeled and halved
  • 1/2 glassroasted peanuts

Steps

10-15minutes
  1. 1

    Boil you plaintain in a pan with half a cup of water. Grind your peanuts into a powder, mix with a little water and add to your plaintains. Lower heat and cook till done.

  2. 2

    Fry your sausages. Serve with your plaintains and a glass of yorghut. Enjoy
