Masala oats

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste.

Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till the onion is golden.

Saute veggies for 2 to 3 mins. Add tomatoes, sprinkle salt and turmeric

Add chilli powder, garam masala.

Mix and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add rolled oats, water and cook for four to five minutes. Add one tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves.
