Steps

Put moong dal in hot water and then after 15 minutes grind it.

Add all ingredients in it.

Then Grease pan with oil and make chila one- by- one on slow flame.

Note- if you didn't able to make chilals because of liquid then add gramflour (Sooji)in it.

Then serve the chila's with chutney and sauce
