Steps

Take a bowl add semolina,oats and wheat flour mix everything well.

Now add chat masala,salt,black seeds and oil for moyan.

Mix everything well now Ur mixture become bread crumbs.

With the help of water make a dough and rest it for 10min.

Take a small portion from dough now make a chapati with the help of rolling pin.

And cut in desirable shape Rest it for 10-15min.

And deep fry in medium flame until it formed crunchy.
