Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 20 gmRagi
  2. 1 glassMilk
  3. 3 tbspJaggery
  4. 3-4 walnuts and almonds
  5. 1 tspGhee
  6. 1Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add in the ghee. And then the cardomom.

    In a bowl add in the ragi and milk to make a nice paste see that there are no lumps

  3. 3

    As the cardamom crackles up add in the ragi paste and milk stirring it all while to avoid lumps. Add in powfered jaggery and stir in well.

    Keep pouring in the milk to see what consistency you need the porridge.

    Cook for 3 min on slow.

  6. 6

    Once cooked garnish with nuts. Either chill it or serve hot
