Separate the cauliflower florets and steam for 5 minutes

Add oil ina heated pan and add shai jeera,white pepper cornsand bay leaf

Add cauliflower florets and saute for a while

Add salt and cover it till the florets get tender

Mix all the ingredients in curd

Pour this into the pan and mix well

Cover again so that everything gets combined well

Finally add sugar and mix well

Garnish it with garam masala powder and ghee

Serve it with pulav or paratha
