Ingredients

  1. 250 gbeef
  2. 5 gCoriander
  3. 1onion
  4. 2medium sized tomatoes
  5. 20 gcorn oil
  6. 1spoonfull wheat flour
  7. 3 piecesgarlic onion
  8. 2green peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep your cooking pan on the heat source and put in the 20g of oil. The heat used should be low heat.

  2. 2

    Put in the diced onions and let it turn into golden.

  3. 3

    Then place your beef in the pan and then stir the mixture up and leave it for 7minutes.Also put the diced pieces of garlic inside. And stir them up together.

  4. 4

    Then put your diced tomatoes in then then stir. Then put in the pepper.

  5. 5

    After 5 minutes put in your finely chopped Coriander and stir it up with the mixture then put in salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Cover the food and after 3 minutes put in the floor and stir the mixture thoroughly then add 10g of water.

  7. 7

    After 1 minute put off the heat source and let the pan remain covered.
