This is my attempt at Hibachi Style Rice. The first time I tried it, I absolutely loved it! It was served with steak and prawns too but this version just has chicken and eggs. Enjoy!

This is my attempt at Hibachi Style Rice. The first time I tried it, I absolutely loved it! It was served with steak and prawns too but this version just has chicken and eggs. Enjoy!
Steps

Sauté chicken, onion, peas and carrots in olive oil.

Lightly scramble the egg. Mix both into one pan.

Add rice and sauté for 5 minutes.

For the peanut butter sauce: Mix melted butter with soy sauce and pour into the pan. Ensure it's mixed and spread out evenly in the rice.

Serve hot.
