Grilled Kofta

Steps

Combine all the ingredients and knead well by hand. Shape the mixture into finger-sized logs around wooden skewers, making them as big or small as you like.

Place the kofta on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

You can also grill them over charcoal if you prefer or if available.

Mix onion, sumac, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper well. Serve this mixture on the side with the kofta for an amazing flavor.

Serve with grilled tomatoes, grilled onions, and bread.
