Ingredients

  1. For kabab:
  2. 2- boil potato
  3. 1 teaspoon chat Masala
  4. 1beetroot boil
  5. 1carrot
  6. 4 teaspoon boil green peas
  7. 2 teaspoon corn flour
  8. 1/2 cup- panner(grated)
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic ginger green chilli paste
  10. 1/2cup coriander leaves
  11. 1 green chilli
  12. 3 teaspoon penuts seeds
  13. 2 teaspoon seesame seeds
  14. 1- small piece ginger, garlic pieces
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  17. Garlic chutney:
  18. 1 cup garlic
  19. 2- dry red chilli
  20. 1 teaspoon ready chilli powder
  21. Mint curd:
  22. 1 cup curd
  23. 1- green chilli
  24. 8 piecesmint leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one bowl add all ingredients boil potato, boil carrot, bowl green peas, boil beetroot

    Add corn flour salt, green chilli, garlic ginger paste, grated panner, chat masala mix well

    Make cutlet take pan put littlebit oil cellofry little brown gas off ready to serve

    Green chutney add all ingredients in mixture jar make smothly paste ready chutney

    Garlic red chilli chutney: add all ingredients in mixture make smothly paste take one pan add 1- spoon oil put sum musted seeds for tadka add chutney ready chutney to serve
