Grease a plate and keep aside.

Wash and chopped all vegetables.

Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a nonstick kadhai over slow flame.

Now add in asafoetida and turmeric.

Now add in all chopped vegetables and grated carrot, corn kernels.

Add in Salt and black pepper.

Now add in 3 cups of water.

Now add in oats into this.

Now add cornmeal.

Now add grated cheese.

Mix well.

Cooked it for 5 minutes.

Now transfer this mixture into greased plate.

Keep this plate in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

Now cut this mixture into strips.

Heat a frying pan.

Add in Oil.

Add Oats fingers into pan.

Shallow fry it.

Now your tasty Oats fingers are ready.
