Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssifted flour
  2. 3 teaspoonsbaking powder
  3. 2 teaspoonssugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 11/4 cupsmilk
  6. 4 tablespoonsmelted butter
  7. 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  8. 2 tablespoonsham per waffle

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift flour and measure then sissy the flour salt sugar and baking powder three times

  2. 2

    To the well beaten egg yolks add milk and flour alternately

  3. 3

    Add the butter melted over hot water

  4. 4

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites

  5. 5

    Spoon into hot waffle iron

  6. 6

    Sprinkle ham over top
