While making biryani compared to pulav u need lots of spices bt i cooked this biryani with very less spices and very quick method .no need ti use tomatoes, curd etc bt still it's very tasty belive me try it.
It's without onion and garlic.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled badmati rice
  2. 1/4 cupsoaked soya chunks, carrots, peas, French beans,potatoes
  3. 1 tbspcashews
  4. 1 tbspkismish
  5. 1 tbspghee
  6. 1 tbspbiryani masala
  7. 1tbspb whole spice like clove, dalchini,star flower
  8. 2bay leaf
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Ghee for frying vegetsbles
  11. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  12. 2-3green chilli
  13. 6-8 pcpaneer cubes
  14. 1 tspjeera
  15. Pinchhing
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    First deep fry all vegetables and paneer and cashews except soya chunks and peas

  2. 2

    Then do tadka with jeera and all whole spices then stir fry kismis and peas then add soya chunks and saute it.then add all vegetables and biryani masalastir it for 2min.

  3. 3

    Then add rice and toss it properly.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
