Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 470 gWhite Fish (i used Atlantic Cod Frozen)
  2. 350 gFresh Asparagus
  3. 50 gvery fine green beans
  4. 1 tspBlack Cracked pepper
  5. 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  6. 1/4 cupLemon juice
  7. 1/4 cupwhite wine
  8. 1Sweet pepper mixed
  9. 1lemon Sliced
  10. 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  11. 1 Handfulfresh parsley for serving
  12. 1/4 cupDouble cream
  13. 1 tspwhole mustard grain

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the fish in a large frying pan with a lid

    Lift yhe lid pour the lemon juice all around as it will have some water from the fish.

    Add the Asparagus on top also the green beans

    Add the sea salt, pepper, dried mixed Herbs, add the lid and poach for 5 minutes on high

    Add the wine all around and add the lid let it boil for 3 minutrs without the lid.

    Close the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes to make sure the beans are cooked

    Take off the heat, let it cool a little before adding the Cream

  8. 8

    Add the cream to a cup and add the mustard grain to it and mix then pour it around the fish and gently mix in the juices.

    Add the sweet peppers and put back on heat to heat up mix carefully.

    Add the mustard cream and wholegrain mustard mixed in the cream to the pan

    Add carefully to the fish and shake tbe pan to mix.

    Serve hot add the Sweet peppers to it and the lemon slices in a serving dish.and parsley.and new potatoes on the side.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
