  1. 1/4 kgliver
  2. 2tomatoes large
  3. I onion
  4. 1 bunchdhania
  5. 2table spoons oil
  6. I teaspoon garlic & ginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan & add oil & chopped onions

  2. 2

    Chop the tomatoes & add in the browned onions.

  3. 3

    Add the liver & let it cook together with the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add the seasoning with a little water,let it simmer & add the dhania.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot.
