Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gmssooji
  2. 2boiled potato
  3. 2 tbspchopped green coriander
  4. 1 tspzeera and pepper powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Refined oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sooji in some water and keep aside for at least 20 mins.

  2. 2

    Mashed potatoes really well.

  3. 3

    Mix sooji and potatoes along with all other ingredients.

  4. 4

    Shape them like fingers.

  5. 5

    Deep fry till golden. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
