Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 cupsRice
  • Salt
  • 1 Sachettomato puree
  • 1 teaspoonCurry
  • 2ripe avacado
  • 2eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 cubesStock
  • 1big Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoonThyme
  • 2 clovesGinger
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice for 15minutes,keep aside.

  2. 2

    Break the eggs whisk very well,add salt and curry.slice onion.

  3. 3

    In a hot pan placed on the heat,Pour in vegetable oil add onion,stir for 20seconds then pour in the egg.

  4. 4

    Fry for 3minutes and bring it out.

  5. 5

    Fry the sachet tomatoes puree in a hot vegetable oil with onion for 5minutes,blend the ginger,fresh pepper and pour stir and add 2 cups of water cover to boil for 5mins.

  6. 6

    Stir and pour in the parboiled rice,add curry,Thyme,Stock cubes and salt.boil for 20minutes onces is done turn off the heat.
