Ingredients

20 servings

1 cupwheat flour
1 cupgram flour
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1.1/2 cup cream or malai
2 spoon ghee
1/2 cupCoconut powdered

Steps

Heat a kadai and roast both flours till colour changes
2

Add malai and ghee and roast till it leaves ghee
3

Add powdered sugar and mix well
4

Grease a plate and spread mixture evenly on it
5

Sprinkle coconut powder
6

Keep it in fridge for 1 hour
7

Cut it in square shape and ready
