Kathal biryani
Steps

Take kathal cut into pieces and deep fry till soft and tender.

Now take a kadai add 2 tbsp ghee,all the khada masalas and onion saute for 5 min.

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for another 3 min.

Now add tomato and all the masalas one by one.

At last add curd and fried kathal.and cover it for 5 min.

Now take a heavy bottom pan /rice cooker add kathal layer then rice on the top cover it with fried onion,pudina leaves,2 drops of kewra essence.

Now again add kathal and cover it with rice and onion,pudina leaves,kaju and remaining kewra essence.

At last add milk and 1 tbsp of ghee for a good aroma.

Add colour drops.

Seal it and dum it for 10 min in simmer.

Kathal biryani ready to serve with dhnia pudina raita.
