Ingredients

  • 500 gramswhite button mushrooms
  • 1egg (beaten)
  • 100 gramsflour
  • to tastemixed herbs
  • 2 tablespoonssalt
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  • Brushed bran cereal/bread crumbs
  • 50 mlolive oil for frying

  1. 1

    I didn't put a quantity on the bran cereal because I poured it from my cereal box. Put the herbs, cereal, salt and pepper in one bowl. Flour in another bowl and egg in another

    Wash the mushrooms and leave them wet

  3. 3

    Okay this is the messy part for your fingers. Take each mushroom, dip them in the flour, then the egg then the bran cereal/bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Repeat with each mushroom.

    Slowly add the mushrooms into the oil for 5 minutes then turn over for another 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from the oil, drain and serve!!
