Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • 1& 1/2 cups dry Marsala
  • 1& 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 6 tablespoonsonions
  • 20 ozmushrooms
  • 2 tablespoonsflour
  • 6 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1 boxangel hair pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet
    Cook (medium heat) mushrooms 5 mins
    Add onions, cook 2 more mins
    Stir in flour
    Add broth, Marsala, bring to boil
    Cook down to 2 cups, simmer
