Steps

Take 2cup of semolina and add sour card, salt. Mixed well.

Then add1/2 cup of water and mixed well.

After that keep it rest for 10 minute.

After 10 minute add chopped green Chilli, chopped ginger and coriander leaves.

Heat the oil

Take that mixture in the hand and shape it like a Donuat.

Then fry well.

Serve it with sauce.
