Soak Sabudana over night

Remove all the water from the soaked sabudana. Now take oil in a pan, heat it and then fry the potatoes in it until crispy. Keep the potatoes aside.
Now fry the peanuts in it and and keep it aside. Put onion in the oil fry it until soft, immediately put tomato in it fry it too. Put sabudana, potatoes and peanuts in the oil and add salt and now mix well. - 3
Now sabudana khichdi is ready.
