Makhani paneer Biryani is a super delicious and aromat Indian rice using fragnant basmati rice and fried paneer cubes doused in creamy gravy layered with rice and cooked in dum style.
Steps

Take a pan add oil now deep fry sliced onion until it become golden brown now take out and keep aside.

Now in the same pan deep fry panner cubes and keep aside.

Now take pan add 1 tbsp oil and let it heat now add whole spices like cloves, black pepper,ginger garlic, cinnamon, cardamom stir in few seconds.

Now add fresh tomato puree and cover it lid for 5 min.

Now add cashew paste, cream and masalas again cook another 5 min.

Now add panner and keep aside.

Meanwhile another side take 1l water let it boil now add rice and let it half cooked now strain it.

And layer the panner and rice alternatively and cook another 10 min.

Garnish with fried onion,nuts, fresh mint and coriander.
