Heat sufficient oil in a kadai

Put grated cheese in a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, onions, garlic, spring onions, salt, schezwan sauce and sufficient buttermilk and mix to make a dough.

Shape the mixture into quenelles with 2 teaspoons, slide into hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Put red chilli sauce in a small plate. Place the fritters in the plate and serve hot.
