Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 2large ripe tomatoes
  2. 1green/red pepper
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1 teaspoonLemon juice /vinegar..
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1 tsptomato paste -optional
  8. 1tbsb oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut everything into small size that can be blended easily. Put everything apart from oil and tomato paste in a blender and blend till smooth. Add a little water if need be

  2. 2

    In a pan, put your oil and add in the blender mixture. Put in your tomato paste and mix well

  3. 3

    Let it cook till all the water evaporates... It should leave behind a saucy-like mixture

  4. 4

    Once ready, remove from the fire and serve. Store the remaining one in an airtight container for up to a week
