Ingredients

1/2 cup soya granual
2boiled potatoes
to taste salt
2 pinchchat masala
1 pinchhing
1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1onion chop
1green chilli chop
1/2 cup bread crumbs
as neededFor shallow frying oil

Steps

Soak soya granules in hot water for half an hour.

The squeeze excess water and wash it twice.

Add all ingredients and make a dough.

Give shape.

Then hot a nonstick pan add oil for shallow fry kabab on both sides.

Serve with favourite dip.
