Boil potatoes and peas, mash them slightly.

Heat oil in a pan, add seeds cumin seeds and hing

Add green chilli paste. Cook for 1 to 2 min.

Add boiled potato and peas.

Add dry masala, chat masala, sugar and lemon juice.

Cook for 5 min. Cover the pan with lid.

Stuffing is ready.

Take bread slice and apply the butter and tomato sauce and green chutney

Apply prepared stuffing.

Spread some butter on top and grill from both sides till golden.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
