Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves and black pepper corn and cloves and saute for 1 min. Add Cumin seeds and cook for till change the colour.

Add Turmeric powder, cooriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashmiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder and cinnamon powder mix it well.

Add Chopped onion and fry till they turn golden brown nice colour

When onion cooked add tomato paste and cook for 10 mins.

Make a paste of Tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic

Now add cream, mix it well and cook for another 5 mins.

Now add Salt and add some water and cook for another 5 mins also

Roast the chikcen gilafi kabab and cut in piecces.

Now add the kabab pieces, mix well and cook for 5-7 mins.

Now sprinkle the kasuri methi and served hot.
