1 tbspCumin seeds -
as neededGreen corriender leaves

10-12Curry leaves

Wash and soak the chanadal.

Griend the chanadal with ginger, currypatta and greenchilli.

Add salt, cuminseeds, corrienderleaves, and turmeric powder, chopped onion.

Deep fry the chanadal.

Ready the chanadalfritters. Serve with sauces. And tea.
