  4. 5-6Greenchilli
  5. -1 tspTurmeric
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspCumin seeds -
  8. as neededGreen corriender leaves
  9. 1 inchGinger
  10. 10-12Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the chanadal.

    Griend the chanadal with ginger, currypatta and greenchilli.

    Add salt, cuminseeds, corrienderleaves, and turmeric powder, chopped onion.

    Deep fry the chanadal.
