  1. 1 lbshredded beef or pork (about 450 grams)
  2. as neededTortilla chips,
  3. Grated panela cheese, to taste
  4. 1large can corn, drained and rinsed (about 15 oz/425 grams)
  5. Pickled jalapeños and carrots, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange the tortilla chips on a plate. Add the shredded meat, corn, and cheese. Make two layers, and serve with pickled jalapeños and carrots on the side.
