Steps

First marinate the cottage cheese Take a mixing bowl add curd, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, salt, 1tsp mustard oil, black pepper powder, coriander powder mix well add cheese squares set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Then take a grinder add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger grind till smooth paste.

After 15 minutes take a nonstick pan add 1 tsp oil roast the marinated cheese squares till crisp or grill.

Take a kadhai add mustard oil saute bay leaf, cardamom add grind paste and green chilli saute 5-6 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric, coriander powder mix well.

Add milk & water stir well, cook till gravy thick.

Add grilled cottage cheese.

Garnish with coriander leaves & Serve.
