To beat the summer heat, there's nothing refreshing like a glass of cold coffee. Sharing my way of making this yummy beverage at home to keep you refreshed in summer.

1 tbspcoffee powder
2 tbspsugar
1/4 cupwarm water
3 scoopsvanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream
1 1/2 cupchilled milk
4-6ice cubes
2 tbspchocolate syrup

Take coffee powder, sugar and warm water in a blender jar.

Blend till it becomes frothy and light in colour.

Now add milk, ice cubes and 1 scoop ice cream.
Blend atleast for one minute.

Take serving glasses and decorate the walls of glasses with chocolate syrup. Pour in the coffee mixture.

Top it with ice cream scoop and lastly drizzle some chocolate syrup.

Serve immediately as the froth settles down.
