Ingredients

20 mnutes
6 servings
  1. 250 gmcottage cheese (paneer)
  2. 1Onion big chopped lengthwise
  3. 4tomatoes made into paste
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1capsicum chopped lengthwise
  6. 1/2 Red bell pepper
  7. 1/2Yellow bell prpper
  8. 2 tbsvegetable oil
  9. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1 tbskashmiri mirch
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
  13. 1 tbsKitchen king masala
  14. 1 tbstomato sauce

Steps

20 mnutes
  1. 1

    Cut onions capsicum bell peppers lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Now in a wok add oil and add onions and caramalise them by adding salt

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and stir it thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Let them simmer..now add tomatoes..let them become tender.Also add capsicum and bell peppers chopped lengthwise..

  6. 6

    Add turmeric and kashmiri mirch...

  7. 7

    .roast the masala till it starts leaving oil from the sides..

  8. 8

    Add tomato sauce one table spoon to give aroma

  9. 9

    Add paneer chunks

  10. 10

    Add little water and adjust it's consistency.

  11. 11

    Allow it to simmer for sometimes

  12. 12

    Add kitchen king masala..

  13. 13

    Garnish your veggy with coriander leaves

  14. 14

    Enjoy with laccha paranthas...
