Keep milk to boil.Keep stirring.

After 5 mins add washed raw rice and stir.Keep on medium heat.

Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick.Add sugar now.

One rice is done put off the heat.Cool the Kheer.

Now to the Kheer add condensed milk half cup and mix well.This gives nice creamy taste to our Kheer.

Add Pomegranate and rose essence.Mix all gently.And put in fridge to chill for 2-3hrs

Now serve in pudding bowls and on top decorate with some Pomegranate.
