2 cupsrice
1 tspturmeric spice
2 handfulfrozen mixed veggies
1green pepper, chopped
1onion, chopped
3 tbscooking oil
4 cupsboiling water
to tasteSalt

Fry onion tender then add boiled water with mixed veggies

Add salt, turmeric spice and rinsed rice then boil together

Add chopped green pepper and steam until well cooked
4

Serve with green salad and favourite meat
