Put Almond in water & microwave it for a min, remove the skin once cold. Add almond along with chopped ginger,garlic& 1 green chilli, also add 1 spoon curd to it. Add ghee to the pan and add onion to it, stir it for a minute then addmixture of almond in it.add fresh cream and curd into the mixture. After that add salt as per taste, 1 spoon haldi, 1 small spoon Amchur and red chilli powder and kasuri meethi whole stir it for a while then add panner to the pan, add water let it simmer for 10mins
