Make a fine smooth paste with blender or wet grinder

Mix little salt into batter fi

Brush oil in appe pan and cook till it gets crispy

Top with cashew and raisins

Beat the curd add vadas and garnish with sounth chutney, green chutney and dry fruits.. serve chilled
