Ingredients: 1 Ltr milk; 1 cup mawa; 1 Cup makhana; 4-5 almonds for garnishing; 1 drop rose water; 1 tsp cardamom powder; 8-10 kishmish; 5-6 black kishmish; 1/2 cup oats; 1 tbsp grated coconut; 2 tsp ghee; to taste sugar

1 Ltrmilk
1 cupmawa
1 Cupmakhana
4-5almonds for garnishing
1 droprose water
1 tspcardamom powder
8-10kishmish
5-6black kishmish
1/2 cupoats
1 tbspgrated coconut
2 tspghee
to tastesugar

Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add oats and roast it.

Now add in grinder, grind it. Make a thick powder.

Add milk in a wok and boil it.

Add sugar, mawa, oats powder, cardamom powder and rose water.

Cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Switch off the flame.

Serve hot/chilled as your choice.
