Take a bowl and add flour,s alt,butter and add water slowly to make a rough dough.

Wrap it with a cling film and refrigerate the dough for 5-6hours

Take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a roundel.

Place this on a tart pan and blind bake it for 15 mins at180'.

Remove from oven and allow the tart to come to room temperature.

Prepare the custard by heating milk,add custard powder and sugar and stir continuously, when the custard start to thicken,immediately remove it and bring it to room temperature.

Pour the cooled custard on top of the baked tart and again bake it till the custard is set.

Garnish with fresh fruits and serve.
