1 cupBasan
1/2 cupWater
1 tspSalt
1 tspSugar
1 tspFruit salt
6 tbspOil
1 tspLemon juice
5-6curry leaves
1/2 tspRai
2-3Green chillies

In a bawl add basan salt fruit salt sugar 1/2 tspn oil 4 tspn water. Make a thick batter

Grease idli maker pour this mixture. Put it in microwave and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes

In a nonstick pan add oil. Curry leaves rai. Green chillies sugar and 3 tspn water. Add lemon juice. Pour it over dhokla
