Ingredients

  • 3-4ripe bananas mashed(i use the 4)
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • As neededNuts(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
    Add the baking powder and flour.
    Combine well for 2-3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 180° and bake in convection mode for 1 hr
