Heat 1 tsp ghee in pan, add cashew and raisins fry them 2 minutes until raisins puffed up.

Add semolina 1 tsp ghee stir and rost evenly for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add 2 cup of milk cook until is get thickens, make sure no lumps in it.

Add sugar and cook until sugar melts completely.

Add mango pulp mix nicely and cook for another 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add more 1 tsp ghee and cardamom power and mix very well and cook 1 minutes.

Turn off flame allow it to cool and serve.
