Steps

Heat clarified butter / ghee and roast the sewai on medium flame.

Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.

Once boiled,keep it on a low flame.

Add the roasted sewai in the boil milk.
- 5
Cook for five mins.
- 6
Add whole dried milk / mawa and saute for one mins.
- 7
Add sugar and mix well.
- 8
Add cardamom powder,kevra water and switch off the flame and add in the milk.
- 9
Garnish with fried chopped cashew nuts,almonds, raisins and silver vark
