  • 6medium potatoes
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  • Oil for frying

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips. Sprinkle with salt and turmeric, then mix well.

    Heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown, then serve.
