Add ghee in a pan and roast Suji, maida and besan. All to be roasted separately as they take different time to get roasted.

On another stove, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.

Keep stirring and make a sugar syrup. Add kesar and cardamom in it.

When the fragrance of dry ingredients starts coming, add sugar syrup and stir continuously. Add water if required more.

Keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan.

Take out in a bowl, garnish with powdered rose petals and serve..
