All ingredients of the cassata.

Peeled, seedless and chop the litchee.

Heat a pan add milk. It's boiled till it comes half.

Add milk powderand sugar. Stir continuously.

Add chopped litchee. Mix it well.

The cassata batter is ready.

Cool the litchee mixture, and set on a box and freeze it more about 2hour. After 2hour, blend the mixture for smooth texture.

Transfer the cassata on a serving bowl cut on pieces and serve immediately.
