Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupPaneer
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 1/2 cupMalai
  4. 4 tablespoonsSugar
  5. Saffron strands a few
  6. 5Bread slices
  7. Ghee to deep fry bread pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bread slices into desired shapes

  2. 2

    Heat ghee and deep fry the bread slices

  3. 3

    Heat milk and malai in a pan

  4. 4

    When it starts boiling add crumbled paneer

  5. 5

    Add sugar and cook till the mixture blends well

  6. 6

    Add saffron strands

  7. 7

    Cook till the mixture is semisolid

  8. 8

    Cool it a bit

  9. 9

    Add on the bread and serve

  10. 10

    Garnish with nuts if you wish
