Ingredients

2 people
  • 150 gflour
  • 15 golive oil
  • 80 mlwater
  • 10 gyeast
  • 40 gcheese (mozzarella)
  • 5 piecesprosciutto
  • toppings (ex. anchovy and gorgonzolla)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, olive oil, water and yeast all together to make dough.

  2. 2

    Stay the dough at a cool place for about one hour.

    Put the dough in a pan and make it flat and round.

  4. 4

    Make the edge and on the edge, put prosciutto.

  5. 5

    Put mozzarella cheese and toppings as you like on top. This time, I put anchovy and gorgonzolla.

    Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200℃.
